The study surveyed the influence of e-banking on firm value of listed deposit money banks in Nigeria. The population comprises all 14 listed deposit money banks in Nigeria, and all 14 listed banks were selected because of data availability. Secondary sources were used for data collection from annual financial report of the banks issued for year under review 2019-2023. Multiple regression techniques were employed and the finding indicates that both automated teller machines (ATM) and mobile banking (MB) positively impact value while POS negatively impacts value. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of the banks should increase the number of automated teller machine (ATM) installations to generate more income that will improve their value in the long run. Also, the management of banks should use secondary sources of data collection and not consider point of sale (POS) in improving their value as POS does not show a significant influence in maximizing the firm value. Management of banks should give maximum consideration to the use of MB by enhancing their network connectivity to improve firm value.
